APT Confirm Macau For Next Leg

The Asian Poker Tour have announced that the next leg of the tour will be held in Macau between 26th August to 31st August.

The CEO of Asian Logic Mr Chris Parker confirmed the Macau dates and also announced that the guaranteed prizepool will be a fantastic $1.5 million US. In addition the winner is guaranteed $500k for what promises to be a sensational next leg of the tour.

Macau is a former Portuguese colony which has flourished since becoming a gambling haven. It has followed the Las Vegas blueprint for success and now features many of the top Vegas Hotel Brands such as Venetian and Wynn.

There are dedicated poker rooms at some of the hotels and the gaming explosion within this gambling mecca has seen turnover and revenue surge past even that of Las Vegas.
